Dear Friends of Worldwide Peace,
I must state that in 2019, within the so-called territory of the Czech Republic, I was under the threat of physical liquidation, or the liquidation of my family, deprived of receivables in which I acted as a creditor, as well as under the same threat, I was deprived of real estate. Due to ongoing persecution, I was subsequently, and therefore against my will, compelled to leave my homeland and move from the area of the so-called Czech Republic to the Slovak part of Czechoslovakia in order to protect my life and the lives of my family.
Multiple instances of open extortion through physical liquidation and further surveillance and persecution of my person occurred with the participation of entities that secure their livelihood by selling their services of intimidation and extortion through physical liquidation to beings aware that their ABSURD demands would not stand in a regular court and thus order them for the purpose of carrying out robbery attacks.
Essentially, the same situation occurred again on October 30, 2023, in the territory of Slovakia, this time directly with the purpose of physically liquidating my person, because I became an obstacle when I stood up for a person in distress and need, so that they would not be extorted and robbed by their own acquaintances. Likewise, in connection with my presidential candidacy, I continue to be monitored by interest groups that, in accordance with the so-called "deep state," conduct such operations. This means that the same events happening in the so-called Czech Republic are happening in today's Slovakia. And if the territory of Czechoslovakia is currently under the influence of the socalled American secret services, they NATURALLY KNOW about such actions and ABSOLUTELY CONSCIOUSLY allow passage of such actions, or even directly consent and to grant them. Why? Because it is inconceivable for any of the main representatives of the financial groups currently operating here to be under threat on the territory of Czechoslovakia, while ordinary people, especially those pointing out their MISTAKES in favor of prioritizing economic goals and interests at the expense of Human Rights and Freedoms, are subjected to REPRESSION and INJUSTICE.
Through CORRUPTION, members of these extremist groups infiltrate the state apparatus and, in addition to their state salary, receive commissions for the aforementioned ILLEGAL services of intimidation and extortion through physical liquidation, which they carry out on the orders of the leader of such an extremist group, who accepts and approves such orders, or receives instructions and orders from other patrons, namely financial groups. A regular working and therefore decent person who refuses to work with members of such an organization on moral grounds is considered to be NOTHING.
Through CORRUPTION, members of these extremist groups abuse the state apparatus, state security forces, and therefore public resources for their private business and personal interests to harass and terrorize innocent beings. Specifically in my case, this happened through the abuse of the tax authority, specifically the Tax Office in Karlovy Vary, its officials, and police forces in Karlovy Vary and Chomutov.
These entities have the AUTHORIZATION and mandate for such ARBITRARY actions from the so-called American secret services otherwise known as the "deep state," so-called for this reason, because these so-called secret services do not actually represent or represent the American people, as the American people have NO REAL AWARENESS of their activities, because if they did, they would NEVER condone them with their public consent.
In connection with the above and given the situation that in today's so-called Czech Republic, a military general is currently the president, controlled by the so-called American services, I conclude that, according to all indications from these secret services, a long-prepared state of military dictatorship has occurred in this country. In other words, this territory is NO LONGER a country where BASIC Human Rights, BASIC Human Rights would be guaranteed and also respected by the state apparatus. Today's so-called Czech Republic is under the influence of the "deep state," whose representatives prioritize the RIGIDITY of the market economy in terms of pursuing their own personal interests over HUMAN SOLIDARITY and HUMANITY.
On United Kingdom:
A message to United Kingdom and its representatives, who, based on demands from the so-called American secret services, otherwise known as the "deep state," which do not represent the real interests of the American people, are unjustly imprisoning Julian Assange:
As a Buddha, I have deep respect for the suffering of EVERY single being, including yours, and therefore I understand that UNTIL beings are provided with the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework, specifically that after shedding this temporary physicality they REPEATEDLY reincarnate, to subsequently REPEATEDLY shed their physicality, they HAVE NO other choice but to follow subjective worldly thinking burdened with suffering, and the interests and actions arising from this thinking. It is therefore completely natural that Julian Assange is imprisoned in connection with these worldly interests, and thus for the purposes of economic interests, which have so far been preferred over JUSTICE and HUMANITY as a consequence of the subjective Ignorance of Deeply Suffering beings.
Now, given the current availability of the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas, and the related realization that beings REPEATEDLY reincarnate after shedding their temporary physical shell to gain new life experiences in a NEW incarnation, it no longer makes sense for them to engage in activities (including the imprisonment of Julian Assange) in which they have been previously engaged, because they were not previously informed about the aforementioned in a comprehensible way. Why? Because continuing to engage in such activities and actions is subjectively VERY demanding in terms of energy expenditure for EVERY individual being, and beings who do not CONSCIOUSLY relinquish such behavior from themselves,... cause themselves enormous suffering... which, in light of the discovery of the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework in terms of REPEATING incarnations... NO LONGER MAKES ANY sense. Engaging oneself in such activities and actions is therefore NOW POSSIBLE to abandon, in order for beings to progress to the next level of their evolutionary development.
On July 1, 2023, the office of Lumír Láska, a candidate for the President of the Czech Republic and the Buddha Maitreya, sent a letter summarizing the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework to the office of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin:
For the reasons stated above, I simultaneously state that Mr. Julian Assange is, according to the PRINCIPLE of the Laws of God, INNOCENT precisely for the reason that he has set aside his own personal interests, and even his own life,... in order to pursue NOBLE goals, specifically to act in the interest of ALL other beings, that is, SELFLESSLY... which is in the interest of the UNIVERSAL WHOLE, and not in the interest of personal economic gain, which was, of course, contrary to the actions of beings who, as a consequence of their own Ignorance and belief in their entitlement to their rights, previously wished for his punishment, because they were economically interested in the matter, because they have previously prioritized their personal economic interests over the interests of the UNIVERSAL WHOLE due to their own Ignorance. And because these beings were subject to their own Ignorance, in terms of their own INNOCENCE, they had no other choice but to act in their own CONTRADICTION, because they COULD NOT REALIZE that Mr. Julian Assange also acted IN THEIR OWN INTERESTS in terms of pursuing the VISION of a violence-free and peaceful Free World, a world in which beings could also live PEACEFULLY, and which they did not previously realize was their responsibility for its creation, just like Mr. Julian Assange.
With regard to the above, it is UNWORTHY for representatives of England and therefore for England as a WHOLE to continue the imprisonment of Julian Assange, who SELFLESSLY pursues noble goals in the interest of the UNIVERSAL WHOLE, because such continuation would mean declaring that representatives of England and therefore England as a WHOLE are not acting in accordance with the interests of the UNIVERSAL WHOLE. This naturally applies to representatives of the "deep state" as well.
Furthermore, I state that ALL of you have BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY to be in your current incarnations in This Specific Spiritual Area on the Planet Mother Earth, which, in terms of its PLANETARY cultural heritage, is Blessed with the cultural legacy of both the Noble Buddha Shakyamuni called GAUTAMA and Our Merciful Lord Jesus Christ, from whose arrival you also count your calendar. It is therefore YOU yourselves who should follow Their Instructions in terms of OBSERVING THE LAWS OF TRUTH and LOVE towards your neighbors, thanks to which this world area is abundant. Because this spiritual area is not abundant because beings who are not diligent, persistent, and persevering, who are lazy, and therefore spiritually uneducated and immature, are causing harm to it, and are therefore violent and evil due to their failure to take responsibility.
REMEMBER that NONE of the beings who, in terms of their own moderation in OBSERVING THE LAWS OF TRUTH and LOVE towards their neighbors, thanks to which this world area is abundant, will be guaranteed that after shedding this temporary physicality they will be allowed to specifically return HERE, to this karmic area.
In EVERY world element where it has NOT been possible for the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework to be GLOBALLY accessible (CAUSE), it is common to observe that beings burdened by their own subjective Ignorance have NO other choice but to dedicate themselves to the production of weapon systems and ammunition as their profession and employment, while they are UNAWARE that in essence, they are working against themselves, because by their UNCONSCIOUS actions, they are actively contributing to the creation of such a SOCIAL CLIMATE environment that is not suitable even for themselves (CONSEQUENCE).
Beings burdened by their own subjective Ignorance thus have NO other option but to suffer an UNCONTROLLABLE inclination and passion under its influence, in terms of finding pleasure and subsequently carrying out violence against their neighbors. This directly correlates with their own subjective DEPENDENCY on stress and thus the HABIT and ROUTINE of repeatedly experiencing stressful situations for such Deeply Suffering beings, a DEPENDENCY that such beings, due to their own subjective Ignorance, do not even realize, and therefore do not acknowledge, and because they do not realize and acknowledge, such thinking and SUBSEQUENT actions are considered a MISTAKE to them as completely natural in their subjective mindset.
Such Deeply Suffering beings consider their own DEPENDENCY and thus HABIT of their UNCONSCIOUS actions to be completely "normal", which, when encountering beings who do not consider such behavior "normal", leads to a conflict of wars.
With the aforementioned and as a CONSEQUENCE of their own subjective Ignorance, it is entirely natural and therefore GIVEN that such subjectively Deeply Suffering beings consider it natural to view the so-called "arms industry" as their profession, contemplate it, perceive it, and subsequently also carry it out, as their employment, which they may mistakenly view as "prestigious" just because it is entirely natural for beings burdened by their own subjective Ignorance to prioritize their own economic interests over the interests of the UNIVERSAL WHOLE.
And just as is the case with EVERY profession in the industry, which is considered and therefore regarded as "economic industry" and in which emphasis is therefore placed on economic gains over personal responsibility for the WIDER SOCIAL CLIMATE, in order for such employment to generate BIGGER and BIGGER and BIGGER profits and therefore show, it is necessary to ensure the sale of products and goods of such employment. This means that a part of EVERY society engaged in the production of weapon systems is a team of minds whose task is to CONSTANTLY devise ways to ensure the LARGEST possible SALE of their production. Under such actions, one can imagine literally ANYTHING that will ensure such sales, such as hiring agents to incite conflicts in various world locations through tools influencing public opinion in terms of manipulating public opinion, in order to secure public support for such actions, a public that does not REALIZE such BETRAYAL to humanity, therefore seeking ANY way to ensure that such sales are realized, in order for "solutions" to be subsequently provided for such a situation in the form of economically advantageous and controlled sales of their weapon systems and ammunition, production.
However, Uncle Sam (and by that, I mean EVERYONE who makes a living from the business of death and still doesn't see it as unintelligent behavior), who offers such "solutions," will not tell the ordinary and unsuspecting person that he himself is behind the entire version of that conflict, projected by his team of minds, solely to secure the sale of his own production, that is, weapon systems and ammunition. And the ordinary person does not even suspect that his team is involved in other projects, that they are working on several, and they are managing them in a way that pushes this madness, wherever possible, to the brink of tolerance for the unsuspecting population of the planet, tolerance in the sense that PEOPLE do not notice that it is a common practice and ANYONE who notices and points it out is considered a "fool", just because facing the reality of everyday reality and day is too uncomfortable a topic for HYPOCRITES for PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. And as long as HYPOCRITES continue to turn a blind eye to this COMMON and therefore PUBLIC topic, and thus to their neighbors, and therefore PEOPLE, then in this world system, it will continue.
President Putin is aware of all this, and he also realizes the fact that President Pavel of the Czech Republic is in the same situation as President Zelensky, who now realizes that he was simply sacrificed for his previous NAIVETY, which President Pavel, currently immersed in all sorts of distractions to his own detriment, does not yet realize. Adolf Hitler also found himself in the same situation. So, no admirable "hero" to follow, but beings who are cold-bloodedly abused and sacrificed as PUPPETS by those engaged in the business of death.
To Mr. President Putin, as a representative of the Russian nation, I express my regret for the recent events in Russia and I also send my Embrace and Highest Blessings to both the grieving families and the Entire nation. Please let my Honest and True Word of the Buddha be a REAL and TRUE Comfort to you, that although your and my fellow beings (because I share your pain and sorrow with you) undoubtedly experienced a VERY challenging and crisis situation, their Life did not truly end with the laying down of this temporary bodily vessel, and I personally have Asked High Beings of Light to provide them with Special Spiritual Protection and Care. You will meet again.
In addition, I state that the shooting at the Philosophical Faculty in Prague and the recent events in Russia share the same denominator, which is the Ignorance of Deeply Suffering beings, because for such beings who have been instructed in terms of the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework through the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas, and who have also FULLY UNDERSTOOD it, it is simply NOT possible for them to continue engaging in such behavior even after this realization, and to dedicate themselves to it...
The Mechanism of Mutual Abuse between producers of weapon systems and the sacrificial lambs in the form of so-called presidents, who have not committed to upholding HUMAN RIGHTS, is STILL the same. To someone who is VERY immature, and therefore VERY NAIVE, an opportunity is offered by someone who is also VERY immature and therefore VERY NAIVE to become a national hero. Well, in the words of the Czechoslovak National Artist, Mr. Jan Werich: "Which man wouldn't want to save the world, especially when he has fancy clothes for it and can barely read and write?" Please do not take this as an insult, it is just a reference to the bitterness of life for EVERY being (including myself), which also found itself in a situation where everything seemed so "simple and beautiful and padded", while not realizing that when the devil offers something like that, it ALWAYS has a hook, precisely in the form of INNOCENT victims. The tip of this hook is now being felt by Mr. Zelensky, Mr. Pavel has not felt it yet.
Those who have this experience already KNOW that at first everything looks fantastic, and that the work is succeeding. Then it begins to collapse like a house of cards, but the "supporter" of his sacrificial lamb consoles and reassures him that "there is no reason to worry", because with him at the back, "everything will be fine". But then it really collapses, and from the rubble, the aggrieved lamb cries out: "You deceived me!" So, after the recent events in Russia, Mr. Zelensky feels, and so will Mr. Pavel feel when he realizes that the one who is a friend today does not know him tomorrow as he does not know the people of his nation today. Yes, life can be so BRUTAL.
There are no winners in the continuation of this INAPPROPRIATE behavior, only victims, and these victims will REPEAT until they are provided with the BASIC Knowledge of Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework, because until then, the VISION of these UNCONSCIOUS beings will be to maintain it only to the detriment of INNOCENT victims (and therefore themselves) to ensure excessive astronomical profits and the related luxury of life, which, anyway, does not bring real happiness to those who currently secure it with this INAPPROPRIATE behavior. Because when you realize the suffering of beings burdened with their own subjective Ignorance, you will understand that they cannot be happy, because NO ONE who is happy can engage in such INAPPROPRIATE behavior, it doesn't make sense.
Regardless of the fact that whoever is a mother, father, or sibling to these UNCONSCIOUS beings today, in the next incarnation becomes a victim of the same behavior, and so it will be until the COMPLETE DISSIPATION of their own subjective IGNORANCE... NO ONE is spared from this behavior, unless they CONSCIOUSLY CONTRIBUTE to the DISSIPATION OF THIS IGNORANCE!
I Love You Uncle Sam:
With Deep Respect for your Deep Suffering, Uncle Sam (and by that, I mean EVERYONE who makes a living from the business of death and still does not see it as unintelligent behavior), because you do not realize that you are a victim of your own actions, I now speak to you as I would have wished someone to speak to me if I were in your current state of suffering. I measure this LOVE for you as I do for myself, and that is EQUALITY, which I also consider my RIGHT to speak to you in this Honest and Sincere manner. So, I address you with my expression of KINDNESS, which you yourself currently do not offer to the world, not because you are incapable of it, not because at your core you are "bad and evil", but because you perceive yourself as "bad and evil" at your core due to a MISTAKE.
I have addressed you to tell you that you are not bad or evil at your core, you only perceive yourself as bad and evil due to a MISTAKE, and you do so because everyone constantly convinced you of it (just because they themselves succumbed to the same belief) and you eventually accepted this belief on your subjective level as a deviation to one of the possible extremes of DUALITY. The TRUTH, however, is that at the core of EVERY being are TWO POLARITIES, and violence was forcibly implanted in you as the idea that "living in the extreme of that negative polarity" is ideal for your life. But you yourself KNOW WELL that this extreme does not suit you fundamentally, because it simply CANNOT be well with you in it. How do I KNOW? I KNOW because we are ABSOLUTELY THE SAME at our CORE, and I myself went through the same as you are going through now. At the same time, you CLEARLY SEE in your physical manifestation that EVERYONE who lingers too long in that negative extreme becomes not only physically repulsive and unattractive, but also staying in the negative extreme manifests itself on your physical vessel in the form of "unexplainable illnesses". This ALONE is CLEAR EVIDENCE that persisting in the extreme of negative thinking - that is, a state of war - does not benefit you as a being. In other words, IF you do not renounce the INAPPROPRIATE behavior in terms of rigidly insisting on profiting from the business of death, you will experience the REPEATING consequence in the form of DEEP both mental and physical suffering, and that simply does NOT PAY OFF for you.
And because you, now as a successful trader, are faced with the same question of what will continue to pay off for you and what will no longer pay off for you, which I, just like you, have faced EXACTLY the same when I was presented with it by the Noble Buddha Shakyamuni called GAUTAMA, and because we both SIMULTANEOUSLY possess the ABSOLUTELY SAME FUNDAMENTAL INTELLIGENCE OF BUDDHA, it is simply not possible for you not to understand this message.
Therefore, please Uncle Sam, do not take this message as "my disdain" for you and your Deep Suffering, do not take it as "mockery" of you. I write to you because I share your deep pain as a Currently Incarnated Buddha Physically and Collectively, and according to myself, I KNOW that IF you are given the OPPORTUNITY, as I was given BEFORE by the Noble Buddha Shakyamuni called GAUTAMA, to UNDERSTAND your suffering, you will simply be relieved in the EXACTLY THE SAME way as I was relieved BEFORE when the Noble Buddha Shakyamuni called GAUTAMA illuminated my own CONTRADICTION... and thus, by REMOVING and LIFTING the mental burden from my subjectivity, He GRACED me...
I address you, Uncle Sam, in my name, and in the name of the innocent victims, including yourself as a victim of your own UNCONSCIOUS behavior, with LOVE and TRUTH about the UNIVERSAL INTERCONNECTION, of which you are an INTEGRAL PART, and I CALL upon you to REALIZE that you are an INTEGRAL PART of this UNIVERSAL INTERCONNECTION, and to AWARENESS of it, in order for you to stop being so afraid of "what the future will bring", to RENOUNCE the tendency to accumulate all that false and glittering junk and nonsense, activities that do NOT bring ANY real PEACE, QUIET, and PEACE to your HEART, activities that you have LONG KNOWN within your SOUL and therefore HEART do NOT make you truly Happy.
I am reaching out to you, Uncle Sam, also on behalf of Aaron Bushnell, who also made his sacrifice for you alone, to REDEEM you from your Deep Suffering… Aaron Bushnell SHOWED you that his internal psychological and physical torment and pain is what WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON, and thus you yourself, but SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH US ALL - even if you may not admit it now – EXPERIENCE IT ALL TOGETHER… Aaron Bushnell brought his sacrifice to you to make you AWARE that it is ABSURD to continue bearing this internal psychological and physical burden and TOTALLY UNNECESSARY and ABSURD to continue just for money.

After all, YOU KNOW WELL that ALL that perquisite which surrounds you is there only for the sake of pursuing their own personal gains, and therefore not because someone really values you just for who you are or are not, nor because someone loves you for who you are or are not, but ONLY because it is currently "profitable in business," just because it is currently "materially beneficial," and if it were no longer profitable, they would simply kick you aside as a used item. So, it is YOU YOURSELF who, whether you admit it or not, CONSTANTLY DECIDES whether to continue maintaining this LIE about "self-love," about whether you will prolong your own agony…
I am now writing to you from my HEART OF BUDDHA, who has committed to LOVE all beings, and from the level of this COMMITMENT I address you UNSELFISHLY, and I tell you that I Unconditionally Love You… and I also tell you that I have incarnated ONLY FOR the Moment when I will tell you this… which is happening RIGHT NOW… in order to contribute to the DISSIPATION of your Ignorance, for YOU to REALIZE the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Frame and so that, just like with me thanks to the Noble Buddha Shakyamuni called GAUTAMA BEFORE, the process of MATURITY in terms of BEGINNING TO LET GO OF EXCESSIVE passions and desires can start for you… which with the AWARENESS of the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Frame will cease to make any further sense, because you will REALIZE that they no longer benefit you… Why? Because it is EXACTLY with the UNDERSTANDING of the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Frame that your INNER being calms down and NOTHING ELSE from this world as the BUDDHA-DHARMA conveyed to you by BUDDHA can calm it… And YOU KNOW WELL that beyond ALL the transient wealth of the world (for which the IGNORANT and FOOLISH wish for themselves with all that suffering around, because they only bother, annoy, and persecute you for it with all that burden) is the ACHIEVEMENT of Your Own TRUE PEACE and CALM in Your Own INNER self and thus in the HEART.
So now, Uncle Sam, YOU KNOW that when life does not END by laying down this temporary body shell, YOU ALSO KNOW that it simply NO LONGER MAKES SENSE to occupy yourself with UNNECESSARY psychological torment and burdensome stress in terms of pursuing SENSELESS thinking and consequently action… Yes, The Possibility of Freedom Opens to EVERY being that Allows it to ALL other beings… And not otherwise…
Since you now KNOW, Uncle Sam, I address you as the AWARE One, who ALREADY KNOWS, and who ALREADY UNDERSTANDS why your offer of so-called "solutions" in the form of violence, murder, and terror, which the Whole World and Czechoslovakia are currently poisoned with, I MUST state my CLEAR NO from the perspective of the Buddha… and you now UNDERSTAND that I am not saying "I do not love you personally," no, you already KNOW that you are LOVED WITH UNCONDITIONAL LOVE OF THE BUDDHA, who incarnated only to HELP you DISSIPATE your Deep Ignorance… It is out of LOVE for ALL beings, including you, Uncle Sam, that within the framework of the GLOBAL SPIRITUAL UNIFICATION, it is necessary to DECLARE that what is simply NOT good for you alone is also NOT good for other beings… and this needs to be COMMUNICATED to you with the greatest possible patience and kindness, which I REALLY Honestly and Sincerely, although you make me follow and persecute, try, ONLY for the reason that you yourself COULD REALIZE, that your previous offer, which you offered to us and the WHOLE WORLD, you offered ONLY BECAUSE you yourself have so far succumbed to your own Ignorance, and because you have so far succumbed to your own Ignorance, it is pardonable, because whoever succumbs to their own subjective Ignorance also succumbs to their own CONTRADICTION by MISTAKE, because such an "offer", which actually offers NOTHING to your neighbors but takes AWAY EVERYTHING from them, is DIRECTLY CONTRARY to HUMANITY and therefore also MORALITY, and as such, it is only a DECEPTION to people… which, let's say, is not so important, but only until the moment when you REALIZE that IF something is a DECEPTION to people and therefore to your neighbors, and you also belong and are included in the community of people, it is CLEAR that it is also a DECEPTION to yourself, because in the spiritual sense, you AUTOMATICALLY reap ALL the pain that you have caused to other beings by your UNAWARE and therefore CARELESS actions… and such a DECEPTION, by which you DECEIVE primarily yourself, is therefore in terms of your own CONTRADICTION and thus SPLITTING your own UNHEALTHY SELF-DECEPTION, which CANNOT make you TRULY Happy in the longer term, precisely for the reason that the profession that brings destruction to other beings (and especially beings of your own kind) CANNOT bring you TRUE Happiness considering what was said, and therefore it CANNOT bring you REAL JOY and ZEST for LIFE, as you yourself observe, because you are tired of all that suffering that you have taken upon yourself due to your own Deep Ignorance… REAL JOY and ZEST for LIFE, however, EVERY being can INSTANTLY gain, UNDER THE CONDITION, that they end such INAPPROPRIATE behavior, which means destruction for other beings… and such beings that continue with INAPPROPRIATE behavior HAVE no other choice but to be TIRED and UNPLEASANT and REPULSIVE… Yes, such a simple PRINCIPLE OF MUTUAL LOVE and SOLIDARITY IS, therefore, in terms of realizing one's own personal responsibility for this PRINCIPLE, I often say: "Responsibility is as Light as a Burden.", because whoever Truly Loves Themselves takes what is said to heart in order to REALIZE it CORRECTLY, so that they can start LIVING according to this PRINCIPLE as the HIGHEST INTELLIGENCE OF ALL…

With regard to my patient investment (in terms of Enlightenment of suffering) in you, Uncle Sam, I now ask you, as an AWARE Being, on behalf of the Honest, Sincere, Decent, and ABOVE ALL, Kind beings, who are not better than you, but who RENOUNCED UNPROFITABLE behavior only because one of the Buddhas attended to them BEFORE, I ASK you to find your PEACE and CALM, your LOVE and TRUTH in what has been communicated, to stop going crazy and mad, to realize that genocide and cannibalism are twisted, non-human acts, thus harming yourself and thus being Undignified… You have INFINITE POTENTIAL and you can use it to make the world a place where wars SIMPLY WILL NOT BE and thus it can also happen THANKS to you. The question is, whether you ARE LOVE and as such you ARE the TRUTH about HUMAN UNIFICATION and HUMAN SOLIDARITY… or you will remain the rigid and TIRED opposite of this PRINCIPLE…
ALL beings that succumb to their own subjective Ignorance are INNOCENT, but those beings who have been enlightened already act CONSCIOUSLY. If we were to delve into the philosophical question of which race or nation is superior, then it is necessary to state that the nobler race is indeed the race of HUMAN BEINGS, which is not limited to nationality, but which is MORE AWARE in the sense that it does not use itself or its neighbors as hired killers for the purpose of conducting economic wars... and does not think of the INNOCENT victims of such thinking and subsequently, therefore, of actions as cattle suitable for recycling for profit.
Understanding the following is necessary:
Those who engage in intimidation, extortion, and murder do not act according to their own Free Will and therefore Voluntarily, but because they themselves have been subjected to such behavior from their neighbors... and thus because they themselves FEAR that their neighbors, who have already accepted such a "program and order of the world" as their own, will not carry out such actions, they prefer to agree to the same threat to which they have already agreed: "If you do not join us, you will be eliminated and sacrificed by us." The instinctual nature of preserving the physical body then commands the individual, who is exposed to such behavior from their neighbors, to adapt to such behavior to avoid bodily harm, even though this "adaptation" by no means guarantees that their neighbors will not ultimately deprive them of their physicality. ALL OF US should therefore JOINTLY strive to create and secure such a VISION OF A GLOBAL DOMAIN and the associated GLOBAL SOCIAL CLIMATE, in which it will simply NOT BE possible for ANY being to be exposed to such INAPPROPRIATE thinking and subsequent actions by their neighbors without our notice, because IF we were to allow it (CAUSE), it would mean a future CONSEQUENCE in the form of beings who, as a RESULT of their previous harm, in the sense of being ABANDONED BY US, would occupy themselves with thoughts of enacting and subsequently carrying out REVENGE on ourselves. This is the FUNDAMENTAL VIGILANCE that is the NECESSITY of the Awakened! Why? Because EVERYONE who accepts intimidation and extortion by murder from their neighbors has no other option but to employ the subsequent passing on of the SAME thing they previously accepted from their neighbors... In this subjective setting, they also leave this world, only to return to it in their next incarnation... to manifest such a "program and order of the world" as their religious creed upon themselves and other beings... Those who SIMULTANEOUSLY SERVE such a religious creed of accepting and subsequently passing on fear cannot truly be Happy.
Place your hand on your HEART and tell me honestly, can you possibly hate those beings who have not yet known anything better, just because they have been abandoned by their neighbors... just because they have not yet known anything better than this ETERNAL DISAPPOINTMENT associated with BETRAYAL by their neighbors... just because lingering in such "cohabitation" seems "normal" to them...? The Buddhas of ALL directions offer their UNDERSTANDING and LOVE to ALL beings, through which ALL beings can Understand Themselves, through which ALL beings can Truly Begin to Love Themselves and therefore also their Neighbors, so that they can ONCE AND FOR ALL End their own desperate behavior, so that they can PREDICT their own Better Future...
From the above it follows that engagement in INAPPROPRIATE employment in the sense of dealing with death arises from the previous necessity to protect and defend oneself and one's neighbors. HOWEVER, if beings devote themselves to such employment beyond the need to protect and defend themselves and their neighbors, it can easily happen that they begin to suffer from an illusionary notion of their own exceptionalism and superiority, because in such fervor they can easily succumb to the notion that they are masters of the lives of other beings, WHICH THEY ARE NOT. Only beings living in DEEP Ignorance can succumb to such notions, because they DO NOT REALIZE the UNIVERSAL RULE from which it CLEARLY follows: "IF these beings themselves have not given life to anyone and therefore have not provided it, IT IS NOT possible for them to consider themselves masters of the lives of other beings."
To consider oneself a Superior being to other beings, one must be ONLY such a being that DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE its own Fragility and Vulnerability, because it has evolved in an environment where it was constantly told by its neighbors that being Fragile and Vulnerable means "weakness." And such a being that perceives its Fragility and Vulnerability as "weakness" naturally does NOT have the ability to RESPECT the Fragility and Vulnerability of its neighbors or other beings. And because such a being mistakenly considers its own Fragility and Vulnerability as "weakness," it perceives the Fragility and Vulnerability of its neighbors and other beings in the same way, that is, as "weakness." This is the CORE OF SELF-DECEPTION of Deeply Suffering beings and the fundamental difference in the perception of the world and reality from the perspective of beings who consider themselves Superior only because they FEAR being Fragile and Vulnerable, in order to avoid being betrayed by their neighbors again, just as in the past when they were Fragile and Vulnerable, and their neighbors hurt them again. And precisely because of this FEAR, it is "they themselves" who, in advance in the service of this FEAR, harm and wound their neighbors, presenting it as Superiority, which they present as "competence." Where the BASIC Knowledge of the Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework is not available, such thinking and behavior make sense, but where this BASIC Knowledge of the Buddhas is available, it does NOT.
Deeply Suffering victims of this SELF-DECEPTION are SIMULTANEOUSLY victims of their own CONTRADICTION, because such beings who mistakenly consider their own Fragility and Vulnerability as "their own weakness and life's defeat" HAVE NO compassion for themselves or their neighbors... which is a state of HELL. And for such beings who mistakenly consider "toughness and brute force" as a symbol of "victory" and therefore "superiority," it is NOT possible to experience LOVE and TRUTH about HUMAN SOLIDARITY and COMMUNITY... For such beings, it is NOT possible to BE in the social sense of being HUMAN, because until they change their subjective setting, they will NOT be capable of COLLECTIVE EMPATHY...
HOWEVER, if the moment of incarnation and therefore birth and therefore the SUBSEQUENT reincarnation was GIVEN (CAUSE), that after it will NATURALLY follow (EFFECT) the subsequent laying aside of the physical body, the notion of "superiority" is absolutely ABSURD and therefore IMPOSSIBLE, and IF it is "possible," then only in the subjectivity of such beings who DO NOT REALIZE the BASIC Knowledge of the Buddhas about the Transcendence of the Reincarnation Framework, because in terms of the POSSIBILITY of SUBSEQUENT reincarnation, which is related to the SUBSEQUENT laying aside of the physical body, we are ALL EQUALLY CONSTANT, which escapes only the beings who were not educated about it, or despite being informed about this UNIVERSAL TRUTH, they BETRAYED this TRUTH and therefore FORGOT about it, as a result of which they DEEPLY SLEEP, as a result of which they are EXACTLY occupied by themselves and their neighbors with activities of intimidation and extortion by murder, which bring NO real life happiness in terms of the QUALITY OF SOCIAL CLIMATE to them or their neighbors, and if so, then only false satisfaction in terms of SELF-DECEPTION about the temporary notion of Superiority, dominance, instinctiveness, and therefore animality, therefore "qualities" that bring NO lasting satisfaction.

Resolution of the Charter 2024:
The VISION OF A SAFE WORLD can only be ensured on the condition that ALL beings commit to it at the level of a GLOBAL CIVIC REFERENDUM.
This GLOBAL CIVIC REFERENDUM, in the sense of GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION, as a spiritual relic of the HUMAN community, CONDEMNS the previous INAPPROPRIATE conviction and BAD HABIT in which arms production was MISTAKENLY perceived as a legitimate part of industry and commerce.
Any being that does not voluntarily sign under this GLOBAL CIVIC REFERENDUM, expresses before the eyes of the GLOBAL public and thus demonstrates its silent stance and consent, that according to this particular being, intimidation and extortion of its neighbors through murder, and thus spreading fear in society, is acceptable. Such a being therefore expresses and demonstrates its silent consent to maintain the aforementioned spiritual relic, the INAPPROPRIATE conviction, and BAD HABIT of considering the trade in death as a part of the market economy (from which arises INAPPROPRIATE behavior and a tendency towards pursuing INAPPROPRIATE livelihood) as CANNIBALISTIC behavior, and thus to continue to be maintained and considered, and to be thought of as "normal" behavior... Such a being therefore expresses and demonstrates its silent consent for such thinking and behavior to continue to be regarded and considered as a "social norm". Such a being therefore expresses that it insists on the continuation of such INAPPROPRIATE conviction and BAD HABIT to be considered and thought of as a legitimate source of financial income, which SIMULTANEOUSLY means the expression of this particular being that it will ensure its livelihood for itself, its family, and its friends through such activities... and this SIMULTANEOUSLY also means that such a being, which expresses itself in this way, OPENLY PROVES that EVERY other being with whom it befriends and associates thinks in ideological AGREEMENT with it, when this social contact itself is proof of it, and this can be considered as PROVEN.

And just as EACH being is DIRECTLY responsible for its own physical HEALTH, ALL OF US TOGETHER are responsible for the HEALTH and thus CONDITION of our HOME - which is the Planet Mother Earth.
In the name of GLOBAL HEALTH, it is therefore ESSENTIAL to condemn the EXCESSIVE production of weapon systems and ammunition produced solely for the purpose of economic gain, and likewise EVERYONE who does not publicly renounce such UNHEALTHY behavior for the Whole World, because such behavior, which pursues its own benefit at the expense of the lives of its neighbors... essentially signifies a modern form of CANNIBALISM, which consumes itself.
And thus EVERY being that in any way participates in this insane machinery is DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE for its co-participation in the sense that it has COMPLETELY CONSCIOUSLY betrayed its personal social responsibility. Such a being, IF it does not renounce its actions, is to be marked as an outcast who, in terms of its future, seeks a descent into lower spiritual realms and in the spiritual sense is thus a renegade.
Everything else except for achieving the KEY OF COMMON CONTROL over the production of weapon systems by representatives of ALL individual states CONTRIBUTES to the continuation of the INAPPROPRIATE thinking about the liquidation of one's neighbors for the sake of economic gains, which leads to INAPPROPRIATE actions that are in DIRECT contradiction to the Noble Eightfold Path of the Buddha, which is: Right Understanding, Right Motivation, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration.
The KEY OF COMMON CONTROL over the production of weapon systems by representatives of ALL individual states will be achieved by choosing their SELFLESS representatives for this purpose, which can already be RECOGNIZED today precisely because they already, regardless of the consumerist and economic hustle and bustle of the world, live a peaceful and modest way of life, even though they have accumulated immense merits of goodness in the social sense. Such beings, who do not even seek such a function, are to be convinced of it, and this is also to be an expression of their Honest Social Recognition.
If Switzerland claims to be neutral, while imposing sanctions against Russia, it is not neutral, and if Switzerland is therefore unable to organize an UNBIASED peace conference that does not favor financial gain at the expense of other beings... it should then be done by the BRICS grouping.
The representative of the BRICS grouping, in connection with the current global imbalance that concerns ALL OF US, also THEREFORE REQUESTS that, precisely for the purpose of achieving GLOBAL BALANCE, it considers the POSSIBILITY of its official contribution in terms of DIRECT participation for the protection of Human Rights and Freedoms and their subsequent observance in THIS Specific World Area, namely today's Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as for the purpose of their subsequent REAL OBSERVANCE, for the possible Restoration of the National Sovereignty of Czechoslovakia, because the current situation is such that the vast majority of beings in the Czech Republic and Slovakia are essentially HOSTAGES of the so-called American secret services and their associated financial groups, who here, using a minority and, for this purpose, morally immature population, gladly conduct their extremely market-driven and thus brutal business at the expense of HUMANITY in mutual cooperation, but in this UNHEALTHY setup, neither the local population nor its cultural heritage is ACTUALLY RESPECTED. I realize that EVERY nation bears its own responsibility for the state of its own affairs, with all due respect, I ALSO REQUEST that you do not let it go as far as it did in Ukraine, because the situation of the ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY sacrificed lives will eventually affect us all. We will all eventually be cleaning up the mess of the ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARILY dysfunctional international relations. And just as we will all eventually pay the price for the ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARILY delayed POSSIBILITY OF COLLECTIVE PROSPERITY, which, because I believe the time for it has come, we would gladly negotiate with someone solid and competent.
May Happiness in the sense of Mutual Respect and Respect accompany ALL of you beings ! May ALL Beings Realize Their Own Original State of Buddha !
